This was made in 72 hours for Ludum Dare 42. With the theme running out of space.

In City Limits you are a new mayor tasked with creating a sprawling utopia with just 16 plots and 3 minutes.

Place down a wide selection of buildings in your city to try and get the most people and income possible.
Each building likes or dislikes being next to other types of building so you have to be extra careful when planning what you put where.

It takes many tries to build a megalopolis!
